WOBBLE BOX TP-CA2012-4

Box of blades with a totally rectilinear movement of German design.

Compared with other boxes of blades, the TP-CA2012-4 with the totally rectilinear cut, it will not find the habitual blowing and vibrations of the cut mechanism that takes place in box pendular. It could be adaptable to any Harvest like Vassalli, Don Roque, New Holland, CASE.

Differences with other systems:

Most of the boxes of blades for harvest have a movement between the 75 to 85 millimeters that are reduced to an average of 65 millimeters by lost in the boxes of bearings and the ends of the heel when they are put under service load.

With the TP-CA2012-4 does not happen because the move of the blade takes place in the stationary gear that always complete the 100% of the movement.
In comparison with other systems, like pendular, it improves the quality of benefit being able to cut at greater speed and without lost of time by breakage.

 

On the base of the box blade, to replace you will to weld a plate of 1/2"of thickness, previously with holes made, to the measurement of the TP- CA2012-4, (we don´t provide it), next you have to align the center of the box with the cut bar. To have in counts the height of the blade with respect to the bridle of the box. It will have to cut the end of blade as it indicates the figure, taking advantage of the spiral to weld it to the bridle of the center of the box, this way it will use the same head of blade with the same spiral registry.

There is no secret in the installation, only consider to align the central point of the route with respect to the cut bar.
